Highly recommend taking your truck anywhere else! I took my truck there and strike 1 is my paint job lesson six months old. They drew a picture and said I farted on the side of my truck. strike 2 I brought my truck there to get bushings done. They told me one price, I get it dropped off. They have to change the price. My front tires, and my rear tires on my tandems are different. They could not even get them all the same on the same axle. strike 3 they charge me $135 to swap the tires around that they messed up. Strike 4 I paid for a front end alignment and to check my front end. They replaced my ball joints, but did not even bother to check the hub. When I dropped it, I told brandy I had ball joint issues and a Driver front hub had play. I called at 9am on the 3rd of July. I told them I could be there by 10. They wouldn’t even stay to make it right because they needed to go home for their holiday weekend. Said they’d fix it the next week. Guess their weekend is more important than their customers and now I have to miss more work because I can’t work until it’s fixed.

people there are all as friendly as can be,family oriented, got my truck in and repaired quickly and price was less than I expected.I highly recommend them when you need repairs and are in the area

Did you a favor and deleted my last review. My first review when yall were at your other shop was true then. Service was affordable and geared towards the smaller companies. In your new shop that cost a bundle has forced you into higher prices and diagnosing everything including something as simple as replacing a horn. Which by the way it was the wrong diagnosis. It was a failed Sam cab that eventually cost me dearly. As far as weekly quotes yes I am a company that will get quotes from a lot of shops usually yall are the first ones I call. I typically don’t take it to the cheapest and I don’t take it to the most expensive. Since 2019 I’ve owned 2 trucks and had my trucks in your shop 3 or 4 times. Admittedly I should have brought my last truck into you and I would probably be still driving it today. Where the 1 star comes from is the last 2 times I’ve brought in my truck to yall. A horn being replaced that needed a Sam Cab and this last time of replacing the Crankcase Breather Oil Separator AND SENSOR. You didn’t replace the sensor and the oil pan wasn’t leaking oil like your technician said. If you would’ve cleaned the engine or at least the surrounding area he would’ve seen it wa

I absolutely love Carolina Diesel! Every experience is amazing. The drivers lounge is so clean. The drivers bathrooms are so clean. The staff is always so kind and always updates me while I wait for my service.
